Ministry leadership is more complex than ever. Pastors and church planters are carrying increasing responsibility, navigating constant change, and leading people through cultural pressure, organizational complexity, and spiritual opposition—all while trying to remain healthy, faithful, and fruitful over the long haul.

Kingdom Catalyst is a relational coaching and consulting partnership that walks alongside pastors, church planters, and their leadership teams in the midst of these realities. It exists to serve leaders who feel the weight of leadership decisions, the loneliness of responsibility, and the longing for clarity, health, and enduring fruit. Rather than offering quick fixes or generic strategies, Kingdom Catalyst provides trusted relationships, thoughtful coaching, and proven leadership frameworks that help leaders:

• regain spiritual margin and clarity,

• strengthen teams and cultures,

• navigate seasons of growth, transition, or tension,

• lead from a place of health rather than exhaustion,

• and engage more faithfully and fruitfully in the expansion of God’s Kingdom through disciple-making and church multiplication.

Led by Vance Pitman, Kingdom Catalyst focuses on long-term formation and wise stewardship of leadership influence, so that leaders, churches, and cities experience fruit that endures—locally and globally.

Kingdom Catalyst

  • Kingdom Catalyst is designed for leaders who recognize that the demands of ministry require more than skill—they require spiritual formation, wisdom, and trusted counsel.

    • Senior pastors and church planters (and their leadership teams)

    • Leaders carrying the weight of vision, people, and decision-making

    • Churches pursuing long-term multiplication, not just short-term momentum

    • Leaders navigating complexity, growth, conflict, or transition

    • Teams longing for spiritual depth, health, and missional clarity

  • Kingdom Catalyst is not positioned as a transactional service or a one-size-fits-all solution.

    • Leaders looking for quick fixes or formulas

    • Churches resistant to honest evaluation or change

    • Teams unwilling to prioritize intimacy with Christ

    • Coaching expectations centered on tactics without formation

The Partnership Model

Kingdom Catalyst is built on a relational partnership model designed to foster trust, continuity, and long-term fruitfulness. Ministry challenges rarely resolve in a single conversation, and meaningful change requires time, presence, and consistency.

Each partnership begins with a minimum one-year commitment, allowing space to develop meaningful relationships, establish healthy rhythms, and walk together through real leadership challenges rather than surface-level solutions.

At the conclusion of the first year, partnerships may be renewed annually by mutual agreement, providing flexibility while preserving the depth and intentionality necessary for sustainable impact.

This model ensures leaders are not simply receiving advice but are being faithfully walked with through seasons of discernment, growth, challenge, and transition. Partnerships are intentionally limited in number to protect relational depth and focused investment.

Partnership Includes: Coaching sessions, real-time access for timely leadership moments, full training module library, and access to over 30 years of sermon notes and leadership resources.

Optional Onsite Experience

Each Kingdom Catalyst partner has the opportunity to schedule one optional half-day onsite experience per year, providing focused, in-person investment tailored to the unique needs of the leader and team.

Onsite sessions may include:

• Leadership problem-solving

• Senior team training

• Personal coaching

• Blue-sky visioning

• Strategy development

What others are saying…

  • “Vance is a pastor to pastors, a visionary leader, and a true encourager. For years, I have turned to him for clarity, support, wisdom and, at times, even motivation. He helped design the entire prayer strategy at our church. My leadership is better, and our ministry is stronger because of his investment in our church.”

    J.D. Greear

Lead Pastor, The Summit Church, Raleigh, NC

  • “Vance Pitman has shaped my life in ways few leaders ever have. He has stretched my faith, sharpened my leadership, and deepened my devotion to prayer. Though we come from different evangelical tribes, I trust him completely, because his counsel is rooted in Scripture, humility, and a fierce love for the local church. He doesn’t posture; he shepherds and asks the hard questions. Any leader who gets time with Vance is receiving a gift that will mark them for the rest of their ministry.”

    Mike McCrary

    Director, Church Multiplication Network

The number of times I’ve finished a book or a podcast or left a conference thinking “I wish I had an hour to talk to this author/speaker/leader” moved me to engage in coaching through relationship, not just learning through information transfer. My relationship and our church’s relationship with Vance has expanded the Kingdom in us, and through us.”
